How I Fell In Love with Pilates
I’m Arianna, a mom of three, a movement specialist, and a lifelong fitness enthusiast. My relationship with movement started early—I grew up playing competitive soccer, earning a full-ride scholarship to play in college while studying Kinesiology and Exercise Science. From there, I deepened my expertise in physical therapy, spending nearly a decade working in clinics, helping clients recover from injuries, chronic pain, and neurodegenerative conditions.
But I quickly realized that traditional therapy often falls short, taking a one-size-fits-all approach that doesn’t address the individual, unique needs of every body. After experiencing my own postpartum health challenges, I had to redefine what healthy movement meant for me—and that’s what led me to Pilates.
